Meet Jordan

There’s a table in my logo for a reason. Every good thing I’ve been part of over the last twenty years started the same way: getting the right people around one, and making sure the folks closest to the problem had a seat.

I came to this work through a classroom, teaching young adults with disabilities at the Notre Dame School of Dallas. Since then I’ve run operating programs as a fellow at El Pomar Foundation, spent a year in South Africa helping grassroots nonprofits get stronger, raised money for affordable housing at Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, and spent eleven years at Compassion International, where I led innovation work: new platforms, new program models, and better ways of listening to the families and churches the organization served across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

In 2023 I started Gather Innovation to help mission-driven organizations turn good ideas into lasting change. Sometimes that means designing a new program from scratch. Sometimes it means rebuilding a system that no longer serves the people it was built for. And sometimes it means embedding with a team for a season and leading the work from the inside. Whatever the shape, the approach is the same: start with the people closest to the problem, design with them, and build things that keep working long after I’ve left the room.
